BLCS International successfully managed the complete rig mobilisation of two 3600HP drilling rigs from Villahermosa, Mexico to UAE JAFZA — a complex international logistics project requiring careful coordination across multiple continents.
The scope of work covered documentation preparation (packing lists, customs clearance documentation), cleaning, packing and labelling, dismantling of the rig components, road transportation to the port of origin, ocean freight, customs formalities at the port of destination, inland transport to the final destination and final rig assembly on site.
A single BLCS Point of Contact managed the entire project end-to-end, ensuring seamless communication and status updates for the client throughout every phase of the mobilisation.
